Q: Are your prices in Canadian Dollars?
A: Yes.
  You are billed in Canadian dollars, and all of our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Depending on where you are located in Canada, in stock products typically ship either the same day you order, or the next day.  For all smaller orders we use Canada Post, and on average it will take under 2 weeks for you to receieve your order.

Q: If an item is unavailable for purchase online, will you be getting more?
A:
Any items in our "Clearance" sections will not return to inventory.  All regular priced items will return to stock, and if you need a more exact time frame, please contact us by phone.

Q: Are there any discounts if we buy in bulk?
A:
There are no bulk discounts for regular ordering of our products.  Sometimes we run promotions for purchasing multiple sets, but this will only apply to regular priced items.  If you are a facility or a clinic purchasing for your entire staff, please contact our sales team for incentives.

Q: Why do some styles fit differently from others?
A: Many of our clearance styles are older stock, and will not meet the current sizing chart specifications.  All of our current, and future products will be made to the size chart specifications, and will all be the same size.  We recommend ordering clearance products if you are already familiar with that style.
